Most of the time, LAND comes to us. All necessary examinations are made from the relevant institutions with the document showing the title deed registration and zoning status of the land in question.
If the final zoning status has been clarified, the total construction area that can be worked on is determined. The most effective target audience planning is made for the land in question and it is decided which companies it will be presented to. In case the presenting company shows interest, the parties are brought face to face and a suitable agreement ground is provided. The entire legal process is carried out in a way that protects both parties.
Sometimes large companies offer a "Land Gathering Operation" for a plot; region is examined. The current value is determined. If the offers they offer meet the current market price, the operation is started.
