First of all, all peer regions of the project, whose Sales and Marketing are taken, are scanned, dozens of criteria are discussed, and a Competitor Market Analysis is done immediately.

Sales Price List

Sales Office Operation
We operate the Sales Office (customer's VIP reception, transportation, food-beverage - catering expenses, personnel, SGK, gifts, sponsor products, promotional expenses) as our own financing.

Accounting Tracking
We do all kinds of "Accounting Follow-up" including all loans and "Cash Flow", including mortgage negotiations with banks. We continue to host the entire project without leaving the project until the Turnkey Delivery.

Legal Processes
