In our Zoning Law, allotment and unification processes are regulated together. They are two opposite concepts.

Extraordinary means 'to separate'.
It is the process of dividing a large immovable that is registered as a single parcel in the land registry into smaller parcels in accordance with the zoning plans and registering each parcel as separate and independent immovables in the land registry.
WHY do we do it?
It is done to increase the value of the real estate and to make it easy to sell and share. Think about it, it would be easier to buy and sell a 15 thousand m2 place and give it a functional structure as soon as possible, or if it would be easier to allocate it and bring it to life as 5 thousand m2 parcels. According to Article 15 of the Amaa Zoning Law, “small subdivisions are not allowed in areas other than the zoning plan.” In other words, it is prevented that the land becomes inoperable by reducing it altogether.
For example, if you have a garden or field smaller than 5 thousand square meters, it cannot be allocated, and the lands that do not have a frontage to the cadastral road cannot be allocated. In other words, you have an olive grove with two partners, you said let's separate the title deeds, if the land is under 5 thousand square meters, you cannot separate it, if you are going to sell it, you have to act together.
Please take care of yourself, stay with love, beautiful people!
